When will my order ship? 

*Our processing time is 1-5 business days before your order is shipped. When your item(s) have been shipped, you will get a notification containing tracking information to the email address you entered on your order.

Do you offer different shipping speeds?

*Currently we offer shipping speeds with UPS. Additional fees regarding shipping rates will be available/ calculated upon checkout.

 

 What happens if I did not receive my order/ if my order was not delivered to me?

*If the package was not delivered due to a discrepancy on our end, we will be more than happy to re-issue your order. If the package was not delivered due to other reasons, you should contact our carrier.
