Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact UPS immediately if the item is defective and/or damaged, so that they can evaluate the issue and a claim can be filed.
Exchanges/ Refunds
All products are made fresh to order; no refunds, exchanges or returns will be granted for any reason with the exception of receiving an incorrect order. Please keep in mind that it can take a few days to hear back from UPS.
